Through Solace, users can gain knowledge on achieving various goals such as updating their legal identification with their preferred name and gender marker, disclosing their transgender identity to friends and family, and understanding their legal rights within their specific state. The app provides step-by-step guidance tailored to each user's state or territory, including necessary documentation.

In addition, Solace offers information on accessing gender-affirming medical services, enrolling in Medicaid, and finding mental healthcare.

By providing up-to-date information specific to each individual goal and allowing users to mark tasks as complete, Solace empowers users with confidence in their transition journey and allows them to witness their progress unfold in real time.

Users also have the option to explore Solace's Discover page, which provides a comprehensive list of all the actions and goals covered by the app (currently exceeding 1000). If users stumble upon new possibilities they were not aware of before, they can easily add them to their roadmap at any time.

Solace purposefully allows transgender individuals to define their own transition on their terms. The app refrains from dictating what a "complete" transition looks like and instead seeks to affirm and celebrate users at every step.

The application tailors the user experience based on preferred pronouns (which can be fully edited) and state of residence, ensuring the utmost relevancy of information and affirmation for each individual.
